Romanian Revue of Private Law no. 2/2025

We announce the publication of issue no. 2/2025 of the Romanian Journal of Private Law, under the coordination of Professor Ionuț Florin Popa, from the Faculty of Law in Cluj. Dedicated to civil liability between old and new, the volume includes, in part, contributions by renowned professors from Romania to the conference “Civil Liability between Tradition and Innovation”, dedicated to Professor Emeritus Liviu Pop, Member of the Romanian Academy, on his 80th birthday.
