A work in the financial-fiscal field has recently been published: C.F. Costaș, M. Tofan, Drept financiar, ed. a II-a, Ed. Universul Juridic, Bucharest, 2025. Building on the academic success of the first edition, the authors continued the collaborative effort between the Babeș-Bolyai universities in Cluj-Napoca and Alexandru Ioan Cuza in Iași and proposed a more streamlined, up-to-date edition. The Financial Law course also used by second-year students of the Faculty of Law in Cluj combines the national and European dimensions in the analysis of the major institutions of financial law: public finance; principles of financial law; public budget; public finance, with their particularities at the national, local and European levels; the monetary system; the national and European financial-banking system; financial control, including the component of combating tax evasion and fraud and the necessary redefinition of concepts; international financial sanctions.

The course is available at Universul Juridic Publishing House, on https://www.ujmag.ro.
