Within the framework of the Sports Law course taught to third year students, a new volume has recently been published: Jurisprudență sportivă. Culegere de hotărâri reprezentative comentate ale CJUE, TAS, CEDO și FIFA. Published by Hamangiu Publishing House, the book is co-authored by Senior Lecturer Septimiu Ioan Puț and Associate Professor Cosmin Flavius Costaș. At a time when interest in sports and in sports law has significantly increased, the volume presents in extenso a selection of decisions delivered by European courts and, respectively, by sports adjudicatory bodies, on topics of the highest relevance. Each decision is accompanied by commentary designed to provide students with better guidance and understanding. The work is primarily intended as a useful tool for seminar preparation in Sports Law and is associated with the previously published volume S.I. Puț, C.F. Costaș, Dreptul sportului, Ed. Hamangiu, București, 2021.
