As part of her current activity, the Chief Secretary coordinates the Faculty’s secretarial activity, provides the Dean and the Faculty Council with the data, information and documents necessary for decision-making, ensures current communication with the entire Faculty staff, with the University’s services and departments and with other institutions, within the limits of her own attributions or delegated by the Dean, Vice-Deans or the Faculty Council.
