In the course of her daily activities, the Chief Secretary coordinates the Faculty’s secretarial work, provides the Dean and the Faculty Council with the necessary data, information, and documents for decision-making, ensures ongoing communication with the entire Faculty staff, University services and departments, as well as other institutions, within the limits of her own responsibilities or those delegated by the Dean, Vice-Deans, or the Faculty Council.
