Beck Publishing House, of an impressive <em>Tratat de dreptul Uniunii Europene \u00een domeniul concuren\u021bei<\/em>, authored by Professor Ioan Laz\u0103r (Faculty of Law, \u201c1 Decembrie 1918\u201d University of Alba Iulia) and Junior Lecturer Laura Laz\u0103r (Faculty of Law, Babe\u0219-Bolyai University, Cluj-Napoca).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As Professor Sergiu Deleanu aptly observes, this treaty represents one of the few comprehensive works in the Romanian language addressing the complex issues surrounding the Union\u2019s rules in the field of competition. The volume takes into account the significant developments that have occurred in recent years at the intersection of economic and legal dimensions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The work draws on and gives prominence to numerous judgments of the Court of Justice of the European Union, as well as various European Commission communications relating to competition matters, all supported by an extensive bibliography.
