Thus, for the first time, Romania submitted a complete and timely national report on the topic of the 2025 conference, <em>\u201cReal Estate Taxation\u201d<\/em>, prepared and signed by the co-rapporteurs Professor Mihaela Tofan (Alexandru Ioan Cuza University of Ia\u0219i) and Associate Professor Cosmin Flavius Costa\u0219 (Babe\u0219-Bolyai University of Cluj-Napoca).<\/p>\r\n<p>On the occasion of the <em>EATLP General Assembly<\/em>, held between 19\u201321 June 2025 in Bergen (Norway), Romania\u2019s representation was confirmed by the inclusion of the two co-rapporteurs in the <em>Academic Committee<\/em> of the <em>European Association of Tax Law Professors<\/em>, the most important European association of tax law scholars.<\/p>\r\n<p>During the conference, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Cosmin Flavius Costa\u0219 presented the paper entitled <em>\u201cControversies between Capital Gains Tax and Property (Transfer) Taxes.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\r\n<p>It was an excellent conference overall, conducted under the guidance of Prof. Michal Radvan from Masaryk University in Brno (General Reporter).
